Hello there! My name is Patrick Printz. I am an Information Technology (IT) Professional who is looking to help small business' and individuals in the Fitchburg area with their technological needs. One of my main goals is to help you better understand what is happening with your computer. My goal is not to just come and fix your problem; I want you to understand what the problem was and how I fixed it. I want to empower you, the user, to better understand your PC. As your knowledge and understanding of PC's grows, you become more comfortable with them and can better deal with issues that arise.
